Team Return/Exchange Policy

Any product that is NOT used and NOT customized with the last name and/or number can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the item’s completion. You have the following options:

Option #1:

Bring the item(s) to our retail shop at 224 Ogden Ave, Downers Grove, IL 60515. If we have the item in our store inventory, we can do an exchange on the spot. To save you travel time, please call our retail shop at 630-241-9500 or go online at soccer2000.com to double check inventory of the item(s) you need to exchange. Stock is limited.

Option #2:

• Ship the item(s) to Soccer 2000 Warehouse, 782 Burr Oak Drive, Westmont, IL 60559. Exchanges are shipped at your expense.

  • Please include your name, address, phone #, email, order #, and a brief explanation for the return (i.e. size you want to exchange for or a request for refund)

  • Once the product is received, we will contact you for credit card information for the return shipping expense. Soccer 2000 will NOT provide free return shipping on exchanges.

  • Credit card info must be received within 5 business days or you will be refunded for the item and the exchange will be canceled.

  • If the item(s) is/are in stock, we will ship the item(s) to you immediately.

  • If the item(s) need(s) to be ordered, the item(s) will ship to you as soon as the stock arrives into our warehouse from our manufacturer.

  • If a refund is desired, that refund will be processed back to the credit card you originally used to place the order. This may take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card.
